"This report represents an effort to map the United States government’s engagement in global health activities as a basis for analysis and to help decision makers understand the scope and organization of programs, policies, authorities, funding and coordinating mechanisms that comprise US support for public health abroad."
Jennifer Kates is Vice President and Director of HIV Policy at the Kaiser Family Foundation. Dr. Julie E. Fischer leads the Henry L. Stimson Center's Global Health Security program. Eric Lief joined the Stimson Center in March, 2008. Vidal Seegobin joins the Stimson center with a master’s in international development from the American University where he concentrated on globalization and development.
