The U.S. president warned that Iran's decision to build yet another nuclear facility without notifying the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) represented a direct challenge to the nonproliferation regime."
Ambassador Gregory L. Schulte, the U.S. permanent representative to the International Atomic Energy Agency from July 2005 to June 2009, is a senior visiting fellow at the Center for the Study of Weapons of Mass Destruction at the National Defense University (NDU).
